Human Resources Business Partner
Human Resources Business Partners work with business unit leaders to provide operational and strategic support and knowledge in the areas of:
- staffing
- employee relations
- organizational development
- performance
- career management
- compensation
Human Resources Business Partners proactively address and manage the people implications of the current and future needs of RIM business. Their objective is to increase our overall organizational capability and effectiveness.
Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist establishes and fosters a consultative relationship with RIM hiring managers through close working relationships with various business units. This role oversees the entire recruitment and selection process, from coordinating candidate presentations to RIM hiring managers, to presenting and negotiating employment offers. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and techniques – the RIM website, third party job boards, third party staffing partners, direct recruiting efforts such as targeted career fairs, and other techniques as required. Other responsibilities include providing instruction and assistance to all job applicants, educating RIM hiring managers on acceptable recruitment processes and policies and effectively planning for future staffing requirements.
Benefits and Compensation Administrator
The Benefits and Compensation Administrator tracks and reconciles global benefits invoices, ensures financial guideline compliance, prepares monthly reports and participates in continuous improvements projects. The Benefits and Compensation Administrator also has responsibilities for the administration of a number of awards programs.
