4thpass wireless technology licensed to RIM
Seattle, WA - 4thpass, Inc. today announced Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq:RIMM) has licensed its KBrowser™ microbrowser technology for use with RIM's Java-based wireless handhelds.
KBrowser is a full-featured microbrowser that has a small footprint (starting at 64Kb) that makes it very efficient, even on memory constrained devices. The KBrowser also provides security for sensitive transactions compliant with the WTLS standards for wireless Internet secure transactions.
