Notify Technology Joins BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program

Notify provides wireless email and PIM synchronization between BlackBerry handsets and a variety of alternative email collaboration suites

SAN JOSE, CA - Notify Technology Corporation (OTC: NTFY), today announced that it has become a member of the BlackBerryâ ISV Alliance Program.  Notify offers wireless email and PIM synchronization between BlackBerry® handsets and a variety of alternative email collaboration suites through its NotifyLink Enterprise Edition.

Notify has been supporting BlackBerry handsets from Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM) with NotifyLink Enterprise Edition for over six years.  Notify became interested in the alternative email collaboration suite market almost two years ago as it discovered interest from customers for BlackBerry wireless email and PIM (calendar, contacts, and task) synchronization with alternative email collaboration suites. Several vertical markets including Education use alternative email collaboration suites as their platform of choice. Notify has successfully established relationships with many alternative email collaboration suite providers and offers their customers wireless email and PIM synchronization on BlackBerry handsets with the NotifyLink Enterprise Edition software. Notify markets both an “On-Premise” and an “On Demand” version of its NotifyLink Enterprise Edition.

To date, Notify has released eight NotifyLink Enterprise Edition versions providing full wireless email and PIM synchronization for BlackBerry users with alternative email collaboration suite platforms including: Oracle Collaboration Suite, Sun Java Communications Suite, Mirapoint Messaging Suite, Scalix Enterprise Messaging Suite, CommuniGate Pro Messaging Suite, Gordano Messaging Suite, and the Zimbra Collaboration Suite. In addition, Notify is in Beta trials with PeopleCube’s Meeting Maker, Alt-N’s MDaemon Server, and the Open-Xchange Server. Notify also provides an email synchronization-only version of its NotifyLink Enterprise Edition supporting the Kerio Mail Server, the FirstClass Communications Platform, SendMail, the IPswitch iMail and Collaboration Suite, Novell Netmail, and the Cyrus Email System.

“We are delighted to become a member of the BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program and to offer BlackBerry support with our NotifyLink solution for alternative email collaboration suites.” said Paul DePond, President of Notify Technology Corporation. “The BlackBerry handset has consistently been the most popular wireless device requested by our customers. Our goal is to fulfill the demand from alternative email collaboration suite users worldwide by providing them with our mobility solution to support their BlackBerry.”

NotifyLink Versions

The NotifyLink “On-Premise” version is ideal for organizations who want to maintain and support their wireless email and PIM synchronization on site whereas the NotifyLink “On Demand” version is hosted by Notify and designed for organizations of all sizes wanting to avoid the overhead and support of an “on premise” solution and still deploy any number of wireless devices.
