Conceivium's BlackBerry Solution Helps Organizations Meet New Federal Guidelines
McLean, VA - Conceivium Business Solutions, Inc., a BlackBerry® ISV Alliance Member, announced today that their award-winning MobileAnalyzer and MobileMonitor monitoring solutions for BlackBerry® Enterprise Server from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM) provide organizations with the ability to track all aspects of the BlackBerry environment in a way that complies with new federal guidelines that went into effect on December 1, 2006.
The amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure pertain to the disclosure of “electronically stored information” and call for U.S. companies to keep better track of their employees' electronic communications and documents in the event a company is involved in a federal law suit. Based on these new guidelines, organizations should retain all received and sent messages (e-mail and phone calls) as well as all websites accessed by employees.
