Conceivium Launches New Intelligence Monitors for BlackBerry Enterprise Server
McLean, VA - Conceivium Business Solutions, Inc., a BlackBerry® ISV Alliance Member, announced today the General Availability of Version 1.8 for its monitoring solution for BlackBerry® Enterprise Server from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM).
This new release perpetuates Conceivium’s mobile_ mission, providing the mobile industry with high-tech tools that help stay at the forefront of the ever changing world of wireless technology.
Version 1.8 introduces the new intelligence monitor (i_Monitor) patent-pending technology. This state-of-the-art technology provides a wide variety of expert monitors to watch over server status, server mail flow, and user mail flow. i_Monitors have been custom engineered to proactively monitor specific areas of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server so administrators can respond to minor issues before they become critical problems. Using a simple, but sophisticated console, administrators can quickly monitor the critical areas of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Administrators can also set up alerts to notify them via SNMP trap, SMS, and email.
Version 1.8 also includes support for Version 4.1 of the BlackBerry Resource Kit. In addition it provides new call log reports, an optional client for a BlackBerry handset, and a new broadcast message facility.
