AskMeNow Renews Distribution Agreement With Onset Technology

Mobile Lifestyle Network Integrated with Onset’s METAmessage for BlackBerry

Irvine, CA - AskMeNow, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean West Holding Corporation (OTCBB:OWHC), today announced the renewal of a revenue generating application distribution vendor agreement with Onset Technology.  As a result of the agreement, AskMeNow will be integrated in METAmessage software designed for users of the BlackBerry® wireless platform from Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSX: RIM).

Onset Technology will continue to utilize AskMeNow as a part of its METAmessage for Wireless software suite, which provides BlackBerry users with productivity enhancements, such as spell checking, printing anywhere, custom message alerts, and more.

Using BlackBerry, METAmessage users are able to enjoy access to the full suite of AskMeNow’s mobile lifestyle network to ask questions using natural language and receive an answer in moments via email.

This agreement marks the continuation of a previous agreement, and illustrates the powerful and positive reaction that AskMeNow’s service received when previously integrated with the METAmessage software.

METAmessage is sold through Onset's metamessage.com   ASP service.   METAmessage enterprise solutions are available through a variety of other channels.
