Interchange Solutions launches SalesNOW CRM service for BlackBerry Smartphones
Orlando, FL - Wireless Enterprise Symposium - Interchange Solutions (Booth #418), makers of SalesNOW CRM for BlackBerry®, today announced the official launch of SalesNOW through Rogers Wireless. Effective today, Rogers Wireless customers can subscribe to SalesNOW directly through BlackBerry smartphones from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM).
SalesNOW is a CRM solution for the BlackBerry platform designed specifically for the highly mobile small and midsize business (SMB) sales team. It works with the BlackBerry platform’s core email and activity management technology and gives users full access to their critical sales and business data. Its design works the way a mobile sales professional works when managing deals with tight integration to BlackBerry calendaring, call logging, and email. In addition, when back in the office, the hosted SalesNOW website allows users to manage contact, activity, and deal information while sales managers can roll-up information for their sales team and output forecast and activity reports.
“The target market for SalesNOW,” says Mark Durst, President of Interchange Solutions, “is the growing small and midsize business markets that are increasingly using BlackBerry smartphones in their day-to-day activities. They are expanding their use beyond email while empowering their sales teams to become road warriors. SalesNOW is a natural next step for these individuals and organizations looking for a mobile sales management tool that provides immediate access to important customer data. And with a price point of only $20 per month, it fits right into their tight budgets.”
SalesNOW provides individual users with immediate access to their contact, company and deal information – directly from their BlackBerry smartphones. All interaction with clients, including emails, meetings, activities and phone call logs that are captured in SalesNOW are also stored on a secure website. This means that individuals and teams have a complete history of their client communications in one central location. Utilizing the SalesNOW team functionality, management has instant insight into the sales pipeline.
Steve Kearley, a SalesNOW subscriber and President of Benson Kearley Insurance, puts it this way, “With SalesNOW our team of independent insurance brokers gets real-time access to their customer information and history from remote client locations – all from their BlackBerry smartphones. They keep in communication with their clients, plan and manage all their activities, and update their sales forecasts without even opening a laptop.”
“Wireless CRM is one of the fastest growing areas in enterprise mobility,” said Jeff McDowell, Vice President, Global Alliances, Research In Motion. “SalesNOW on the BlackBerry platform brings mobile CRM to SMBs and gives them the access to information and communications that can substantially improve mobile productivity and customer service.”
